You can easily reach Taormina Villa Oasis Residence from Catania city, you can take the highway direction to Messina and exit to (Taormina A18 ME-CT), then continue to drive on the 114 National Road for about 700 meters. Taormina Villa Oasis Residence is situated approximately 60 km from Catania Airport and Reggio Calabria on the mainland.
Arriving with car from the northern Italy you have to take the highway A1 till Naples-Salerno, then take the highway A3 that leads you to Reggio Calabria harbour, exit at Villa San Giovanni and head down to the harbour where you can get to Messina harbour thanks to one of the many ferries companies. At almost 25 minutes of navigation by the ferry, take the highway A18 direction to Catania and you will be in just 30 minutes in Taormina. Follow indications to “Mazzeo or Taormina Mare” and at the end of Viale Alcide De Gasperi/corner Piazza D’Aquisto on your right side and seafront you will arrive directly to Taormina Villa Oasis Residence.
However, if you arrive from Palermo, you can take the highway A20 till Messina and then take the higway A18 direction Catania, and exit at Taormina Mare/Mazzeo.
Ideal to reach most of cities around sicily is to take the bus for hom without own car or rental car in two ways:
– From Catania harbour, immediately in front of you, you will found “lava stone arches”, passing under one of them and continuing for a few meters to reach Via Archimede – near Railway station of Catania that it is opposite the (terminal bus). Tickets can be purchased on the bus terminal.
– From International Airport of Catania city “Fontanarossa”, by a direct bus run of the company Interbus or Etnatrasporti enables you to get from the airport to Taormina in about 60 minutes. Tickets can be purchased in the airport or on the bus.
With the bus, you will arrive at the terminal bus, then to reach Taormina Villa Oasis Residence in Mazzeo (Taormina beach), you need to change line of bus.
The distance from the centre of Taormina is about 5 minutes.
From the Central railway station of Catania city, you can choose between two different stop:
– The first one, stop at the railway station of “Giardini-Taormina” the duration of the travel from Catania is about 1 hour/1 hour and half and then you need to take a direct Taxi or a Bus that from Railway Station of “Giardini – Taormina” also Terminal bus you can reach Taormina Villa Oasis Residence in Mazzeo (Taormina beach). The distance is about 10/15 minutes.
OR…
– The second one, you can stop at the railway station of Letojanni situated approximately 13 minutes walk from Taormina Villa Oasis Residence. The travel from Catania train station is about 1 hour and 10 minutes.
BY PLANE
If you are planning your holiday in at Taormina Villa Oasis Residence, the nearest airport is that of “Fontanarossa” in Catania city about 55 km far from Taormina, where flights arrive from the main Italian airports and several European cities.
Landing off in Catania, it is easy to reach Taormina by car just only 50 minutes (it depending on traffic jam during weekends of July and August month) or by train about 1 hour and half (it depending the train company).

You can easily reach Taormina CITY by car just only 5 minutes drive away and following two ways:
– The first one, you can park your car at the parking of Mazzarò area and take the Cable Car € 3,00 per person one way.

Tue.-Sun. 07.45 a.m. – 08.00 p.m
– The second one, you can reach directly the city, direction “Porta Catania” – Parking click to know the prices, and continue by foot directly to main street Corso Umberto.
OR…
direction “Porta Messina” – Lumbi Parking click to know the prices then take the free shuttle bus to reach city centre.
Please beware to the ZTL zones (limited traffic zone).
The secondary entrance of Taormina Villa Oasis, allows the guest to reach easily the bus stop “Caparena/Villa Oasis” according to the railway underpass.
Thanks to many companies of buses you can choose your favourite transport company such as:
– Municipal Shuttle Bus “Beach Bus at the price of € 1,20 about per person one way
– “Interbus” private company at the price of € 1,90 about per person one way.

One other bus stop is in Mazzeo seafront:
– Bistro “Enjoy Bar” at the corner for Municipal Beach Bus, you can see the bus sign.
If you do not have your own car, you can book a taxi (extra cost) that take you directly to Taormina city centre.

BY TRAIN
From the Railway Station of Letojanni in about 10 minutes walk by Taormina Villa Oasis Residence it is possible to get off at the station “Giardini-Taormina” and then continue by bus to reach Taormina city centre.
Tickets can be purchased on the spot or online “Trenitalia”.
